This high sensitivity silicon photomultiplier array (SiPM) features 16 individual 3x3mm SiPM chips from Broadcomm (Ketek). The SiPM outputs are additive and function as a single collection area 24mm x 12mm in size. A 4x8x6.3cm block of BC412 plastic scintillator is provided along with a light-tight enclosure.
Both raw and 10X amplified signal outputs are available via LEMO. 30V SiPM power can be supplied through MCX, 2pin headers, or our Detector Attachment System (DAS) (uses standard aux cable). 5V power for amplification circuitry can be supplied via DAS cable or 2pin headers.
Ideal for cosmic ray detection or benchtop experiments. This array can be powered and readout with any SkuTek digitizer.
