Why do I not see any waveforms when I click “Start” on the digitizer GUI?

If you are expecting to see waveforms from triggers on the Waveform page, and instead see nothing, here are a couple things to check:

– Did you Enable triggers for the channel you are looking at? Check the Digitizer Configuration to make sure.

– Check other trigger-related parameters in Digitizer Configuration like Trigger Sensitivity, Signal invert, trigger edge, etc.

– Did you set the channel you are looking at as one of the two channels in the Enable Live Display section of the Waveform page?

– Do you have “Live Display” enabled on the Waveform page? If so, make sure the channel you are looking at is selected for live display.

— NOTE: Enabling “Live Display” will display a Waveform once every 3 seconds (at maximum). It does not affect the DSP. If desired, this can be disabled for a small performance boost.
